How to Install Windows 7/8/8.1/10 by Using USB
Requirements:
- USB drive (4-8GB)
- Windows Installer (7/8/8.1/10)
- Rufus or UNetBootIn (I prefer Rufus)
Steps: *To setup bootable windows installer
* Make sure you have the Windows Installer ready
1. Plug in your USB
2. Run Rufus
3. Click on the Disc icon, then choose the Windows Installer image file
4. On Partition Scheme, Choose either MBR or GPT (Make sure you know which scheme of your hard disk's partition is)
* for first time format from factory hard disk, usually the scheme is GPT
* for new hard disk, choose MBR
5. Then click on Start button. Wait until it's finish its work.
Steps: *To install windows
1. Plug in your bootable windows installer USB
2. Restart your pc and enter boot manager (Usually by pressing F12. Different brand may need to press different key)
3. Choose USB
4. The windows installer should start booting
5. Continue with installing Windows...
